MSCO was asked to increase sales at Wolfgang Puck’s Casual Dining L.A. Bistros. Instead of starting with the traditional marketing approach and rushing to a campaign, we started with the most important element of all...the food. We worked with management to revamp the menu. Once we knew that that the offering was in sync with the excellence of the Puck brand, we developed a unique campaign that included PR, direct mail and online ads.
