Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Prior to joining MSCO in 2012, Robert Soniker practiced law at a New York City law firm for six years. Robert's practice areas focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate affairs, and branding and licensing agreements. Robert also has experience in commercial real estate management and commercial leasing. Robert was responsible for the day-to-day management of a major shopping center and interacted with a roster of national and local tenants including CVS, Dunkin' Donuts, H&R Block and Subway. Robert successfully negotiated and prepared leases with millions of dollars of aggregate rental values during the years he was engaged in real estate management, commercial leasing and the practice of law. Robert received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2006 and is a member of the New York State Bar.
As SVP and General Counsel of MSCO, Robert is responsible for the overall legal aspects of MSCO and applies his legal experience to those clients who may benefit from his knowledge and expertise. Robert is committed to continuing MSCO's mission and contributing to the growth of the businesses of MSCO's clients.

Prior to joining MSCO in 2012, Jonathan Soniker spent 7 years managing the Business Development department at a leading brand management and licensing company in New York City. Jonathan helped establish relationships and partnerships with a number of leading companies including Time Inc., FremantleMedia, Macy's, QVC and BJs Wholesale Club.
As SVP of MSCO, Jonathan is focused on opening new doors for the firm's clients and continuing MSCO's mission of accelerating growth for client's businesses.
As MSCO's Creative Director, Matthew is skilled in conducting creative research in multiple forms of communication. He graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a BFA in Graphic Design, specializing in logo, web, packaging, and print design. He is a recognized self starter whose natural creativity, energy and commitment to excellence provide the skill sets and ethics necessary to thrive in a competitive and innovative environment.
Director of Public Relations
Carol Bloom Stevens is MSCO’s Senior Publicist, with over 20 years of high-level media relations and publicity experience. Skilled in garnering media coverage in local and national, Carol has worked with a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Not-for-Profit, Real Estate, Insurance, Entertainment and Medical. As graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communications, Carol has a wealth of strategic and tactical experience providing public relations counsel in print, broadcast and online mediums.

Suzan French's background includes communications and PR experience on both the corporate and agency sides. Practice areas in which she specializes include media and community relations campaigns, social media, corporate and employee communications, press kit development, event marketing/management and website content.
A former journalist, Suzan has unique insight into journalists' interests and needs, and extensive media contacts. She has secured coverage in every major print, broadcast and online outlet targeted, including Good Morning America, Time, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNN, Newsweek, Forbes and more. Suzan is also a published feature writer, monthly columnist for a women's magazine and author of a case study included in Dartmouth professor Sydney Finkelstein's book “Why Smart Executives Fail” (Penguin Putnam, June 2003). Suzan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Marketing from The Wharton School and Communications from Annenberg School for Communication.
