We recognized that as we were asked to increase sales at Wolfgang Puck’s Casual Dining L.A. Bistros, instead of the traditional marketing approach of rushing to a campaign, we started with the most important element of all – the food – and worked with management to completely revamp the menu. Once all were confident that the offering was in sync with the excellence of the Puck brand, we developed a multi-faceted campaign that included PR, direct mail and online advertising.
